Our days are intentionally structured to balance focused academic work with physical activity and hands-on creation — giving young leaders the rhythm they need to grow.

Morning

Leadership Communication

Morning huddle, goal setting, and group communication exercises that build confidence and accountability.

Mid-Morning

Academics

Focused, self-paced core academic work with one-on-one coaching support — math, reading, writing, and more.

Late Morning

Physical Education

Real fitness, movement, and outdoor play — building strength, coordination, and team spirit.

Afternoon

Collaborative Projects

Hands-on, mixed-age project work that develops critical thinking, problem-solving, and teamwork.

Mid-Afternoon

Campus Responsibilities

Young leaders take ownership of their environment — caring for shared spaces and contributing to community.

Late Day

Free Play

Unstructured outdoor time, creative play, and peer-led activities to close the day.
